• Performs any other duties as assigned.

• Address resident complaints and feedback related to the project site.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders living or working near the construction site.
• Prepare and update weekly reports, and compile monthly reports for submission to HDB.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Working Days: 5 days
• Min 1-2 years of experience handling public relations

• Transport employee/worker from 1 location to another location.
• Pick up goods and material and deliver them as instructed. Ensure deliveries are send on time and in good conditions.
• To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and responsible for basic vehicle maintenance.
• Able to work overtime.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Responsible for handling all accounts payable and receivables transaction to ensure the proper and accurate entry and coding of accounting related transactions, invoices, expense reports, and the timely submission of customer invoices and payments

Job Holder’s Specifications

· Minimum of a ‘O’ Level or similar fields or Diploma in accounting of Finance

· Possess good organisational and attention to details

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Familiar & proficient in MS Office

· Must possess basic communication skills, interpersonal skills, lifelong learning attitude, problem solving and sense making.

· A team player with leadership ability and perform under challenging conditions
