Conducts comprehensive client assessments to collect functional, environmental, bio- psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, and educational information as appropriate to develop a comprehensive case plan. The Social Worker maintains professional relationships with service users, acting as a guide, a support, an advocator and intermediary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Undertake and write up assessments (reviewed by the Senior Social Worker) that meet specified standards and timescales;

- Conduct interviews with service users and their families to assess and review their situation

- Offer information and counselling support to service users’ families;

- Organise and manage packages of support to enable children and their families to lead the fullest lives possible;

- Recommend and sometimes make decisions about the best course of action for a particular child and their family;

- Liaising with and make referrals to other agencies;

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings;

- Maintain accurate records, update records and prepare reports for reporting to governing agencies and government mean-testing application;

- Participate in internal and external training, supervision and team

• Responsible for production of BIM Model, shop drawings and detailed construction issues
• In charge of all drawing & BIM Model development required by the project
• Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction
• Prepares drawings & BIM Model accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)
• Prepare models for Clash Detection Coordination
• Identify issues for BIM co-ordinators where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation

Job Requirements:

• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
• Must be proficient in BIM modelling on operational level

Job Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 5 years HDB experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for applicant as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer. Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory and be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including sign-offs of quality control data as acceptable
• Be expected to obtain guidance in non-routine situation testing and have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
• Interact with customers on technical issues and questions and provide Input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers
• Be confident in making both formal and informal presentations on conventional and/or routine testing to a wide range of stakeholders and assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers within the local laboratory and carry out crucial examination and implementation of testing concepts and data
• Utilize an assortment of skill, methods, procedures and materials in advanced testing analysis and be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ pertinent post degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business and working knowledge of laboratory safety
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts
• Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
• Possess strong computer skills
