What You Will Do
As we grow our team of highly skilled professionals and institutionalize our operations, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our offices in Singapore. This role is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of January 2025.
You will work closely with the Executive Team of the organization reporting to the Deputy CEO and will manage operational and administrative matters. Amongst your core responsibilities will be:
Finance and Metrics Administration
- Generate monthly utilisation, project financials, and firm financial report for management review, liasing with external accountant
- Generate quarterly firm performance and impact metrics for management and board review, liasing with external accountant
- Support management in the development or updating of financial and administrative management tools and policies
- Liaise with external accountant and auditor as part of annual audit
HR Operations Support
- Compile and update monthly staffing tracker
- Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance review processes
- Serve as liaison for administration of the MOM portal and work pass applications
- Support updating of HR policies from time to time and compliance to such policies (e.g. expenses)
Firm Administration and Board Support
- Support the Executive Team as required, including expense submission, scheduling, and time-tracking
- Provide secretariat support for board meetings, AGM, and other key meetings
- Maintain Tri-Sector’s active memberships in relevant partner ecosystems (e.g. raiSE, NCSS, AVPN, Commissioner of Charities)
- Manage compliance requirements with various Commissioner of Charities and ACRA regulations and support updating of firm policies from time to time, working with the external corporate secretariat
Office Coordination
- Manage the lease, including reviewing the office lease from time to time (we currently use a co-working space)
- Act as point of contact for visitors to the Singapore office
- Be the liaison for matters related to IT, work health and safety
- Manage office equipment and supplies
What We Are Looking For
Successful candidates will have demonstrated:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, and 2 - 3 years in the human resources space
- Proven work experience as a corporate services manager, office manager or a similar role
- Strong ownership, initiative and problem solving skills to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Humility and care for a team
- Desire to be part of an inspiring mission and a dynamic team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- The role of the Corporate Services Manager is typically for individuals with 4 or more years of relevant work experience. It will be advantageous for candidates to have had
- Basic bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Charitable regulations
