Salary: $2,400 - $3,200/month (depend on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Organising and managing the mass health screening and vaccination exercises.
• Liaising with the service provider to organise the offsite and onsite exercise.
• Communicating to staff (including sending our emailers and attending to staff enquiries), overseeing and managing the onsite exercise and following up on the billings.
• Onboarding staff to the new service provider
• Assisting in the handing and taking over arrangement between company and the existing and new service provider
• Communicating to staff on the new processes (including sending our emailers and attending to staff enquiries)
• Providing support on working out the processes with the new service provider; and
• Ad-hoc staff welfare related tasks such as ordering of wreaths and get-well hampers for staff and issuance of baby/marriage employee gifts.

Requirements:

• A level and above with some administrative & work experience
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Ability to independently coordinate tasks with Vendors and internal staff
• Team Player to work with our HR Ops Team in organising the on-site health screening and organise comms sessions for the new medical provider

Summary:

You will be required to work in a team to process payroll for multiple cycles (main & off-cycle). At the same time, you will also facilitate to ensure that data interfaced from HR Information System to the Payroll System are accurate to ensure accurate and timely salary pay-outs. Where required, you will be required to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Description:

• Process – Process end-to-end payroll for an organisation with a headcount of 500 or more, including but not limited to, pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and Government Paid Leave claims, processing transport/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, filing of IR21 for foreigner resignees and annual IR8A, etc.
• Coordinate – Correspond with HR business partners to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements.
• Investigate – Report data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Highlight and recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Audit – Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
• Communicate – Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably with knowledge of SAP.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Portfolio Manager to develop, implement and execute investment strategies.
• Manage live portfolio risk daily to ensure the portfolio operates within defined risk limits.
• Research new investment ideas, building investment thesis or models.
• Hands on trading and execution.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Experience with in a selected asset class, product, or region, demonstrating ability to develop, implement and execute investment strategies.
• Good communication skill to ensure efficient and smooth team collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of Advertising, Marketing & Promotions team in Commercial Division.
• Internal stakeholders and brand liaison for publicity and communications plans pertaining to the pop up, including digital communications via APP, EDM, Websites, Social Media etc
• Plan, develop and implement social media and digital contents that are inline with pop up experiences to maximize visibility and publicity.
• Assist in trade marketing initiatives such as TFWA and FAB awards for registrations, logistics and artworks adaptations.
• Marketing expenditure tracking and processing.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign report.
• Assist in other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders with 2 years of experience in Mass Communication, Business/Marketing
• Operational/Executional Marketing duties can be routine.
• May be required to work on weekends during special marketing campaigns/ events, but time off will be given.
• Must be fully vaccinated as this position requires the employee to return to the workplace.
