Job Summary

The regional marketing manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the assigned business units in CASAJ region. This role will also be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns within the CASAJ region. The role requires strong collaboration between internal stakeholders as well as key opinion leaders to develop and execute product launches. This individual will have responsibility for managing all aspects of marketing including new product launches, advertising, promotions, sales meetings, trade shows, clinical events and educational symposia. As Language Manager for the Vietnamese speaking market, you will be involved in ensuring that we deliver a great user experience to our international audience through high quality translations. As we work closely with team members in remote offices and regional stakeholders, it is very important that the candidate be comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, editing and/or translating high visibility UI content and high priority long form content of Meta family of apps and other core experiences in English-to-Vietnamese

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in English-to-Vietnamese translation, product UI localization, linguistic reviews and translation quality management is required for monitoring the Vietnamese translation quality for all our products, and making appropriate decisions for necessary changes to improve it.
• Experience in creating and/or maintaining linguistic assets for Vietnamese translation (e.g. terminology, style guides etc.) is required for being able to guide our translation vendor teams and reviewers in ensuring consistency, accuracy and appropriateness of Vietnamese translation on the Meta family of apps.

The Role

The role involves overseeing General Ledger accounting for the team, including preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining balance sheet schedules, posting journal entries and accruals, managing bank reconciliations and inter-company postings, handling local statutory audit and tax, managing bank accounts and liaising with auditors, and tax agents.

Your Profile

You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent, with prior experience in performing General Ledger accounting. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain machine learning algorithms and edge AI models on Android IoT devices, collaborating closely with the data science team.

Job Purpose
Provide good customer experience to the policyholders while assisting policyholders in their claims recovery journey. Health insurance is a major focus for the organization and in this role, you will assist to drive and improve Third Party Claims Recovery rate to support the individual health insurance business.

You will be the first point of contact to the customer and financial consultants to initiate and
create awareness of the benefits of claims recovery journey.

member of Health Claim Services Department, you will put your soft skills to work; communicating with policyholders to gather the critical information necessary for the prompt and successful claims recovery.

The Job
• You are expected to achieve targets set which involves calling of policyholders on a daily basis to initiate recovery;
• Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party;
• Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to
proceed with the claims recovery process;
• Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants;
• Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes;
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes
appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and
technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by supervisor.

Our Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery and/or claim operations experience; Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Team player as well as capable of individual performance;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required;
• Knowledge of life insurance policy coverage, statutes, regulations and subrogation processing is a plus;
