1. Wellbeing Centre Development, Growth and Operations

• Development and growth of Wellbeing Centre
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Centre
• Support patients and caregivers to navigate and access services within the institute, in the community and the broader health care system
• Ensure adherence to relevant quality and safety, professional and healthcare standards and mandatory education related to risk management, occupational health and safety, and other relevant areas

3. Research, Impact and Innovation

• Implement systems to collect measurable outcomes on wellbeing programs (e.g., mental health improvements, reduced hospital readmissions, and enhanced quality of life).
• Publish findings to position the institute as a leader in patient-centric cancer care.
• Collaborate on studies exploring psychosocial wellbeing, innovative care models, and survivorship experiences.
• Create learning opportunities for medical students, oncology trainees and researchers to integrate wellbeing into cancer care delivery.
• Pilot New Models of Care including testing novel approaches, such as multidisciplinary wellbeing teams (navigators, psychologists, nutritionists, therapists) working closely with oncologists.
• Evaluate and scale successful models to benefit more patients and caregivers.

4. Others

• Coordinate and oversee key wellbeing projects and initiatives involving patients, caregivers, and staff.
• Contribute to the implementation of a broader wellbeing model of care
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the provision of health, mental health and psychosocial services for cancer patients and caregivers

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Health or Health Related discipline such as public health, nursing/allied health, health service management and/or project management
• Knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of patient-centred care, patient and caregiver participation in health, and community engagement
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and evaluating a multidisciplinary program of activities and services.

• Working experience in a regional office with proven track record of leading and delivering regional initiatives to countries would be an advantage.

Opportunity for a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy and serve as a key liaison between the regional office and Japan headquarters, combining financial expertise with strategic business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial panning and analysis initiatives across the region

• Develop and implement corporate strategy in alignment with global objectives

• Partner with commercial teams (sales, marketing, front office) to drive business growth

As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for the technical implementation of all projects assigned to you. You are the primary contact for the user on all technical matters, and you function as an intermediary between the user and the different departments within Skyline.

• You will acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of all DataMiner features.
• You will take ownership of the full technical implementation of your projects.
• You will become your customer’s primary contact for all technical matters related to your projects.
• You will have to fully understand all aspects related to the functional and technical specifications of your projects.
• You will ensure sufficient documentation of all technical requests to other Skyline departments to guarantee the efficient implementation of all technical aspects of your project.
• You will troubleshoot all technical issues that affect project delivery.
• You will perform quality assurance from a functional perspective on all technical features in your projects.
• You will create and maintain all required project documentation for acceptance, hand-over, and internal presentation procedures.
• You will identify potential commercial opportunities and notify the appropriate Sales Manager.

• Profound knowledge of HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems
• Profound knowledge of TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, …), multithreading, web services, and .Net Remoting
• Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems and SNMP
• Familiar with software programming
• Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of MySQL and Apache Cassandra is an asset
