Job Description:

• Responsible for performing Credit Appraisal of Trade Finance Accounts, Retail loans/Syndicated/Bilateral loans.
• Responsible for all Credit administration related function pertaining to trade finance advances, retail loans, Syndicated/ Bilateral loans including
• Post sanction monitoring of corporate and retail credit accounts including verification of sanction notes and related documents before disbursal.
• Maintenance and safe custody of Credit file/ loan documents/ security documents etc.
• Monitoring of the credit portfolios to ensure prompt pre-emptive action so as to maintain quality of assets.
• Analyse financial statement of borrowal accounts for deviation with the sanction proposal.
• Ensure compliance of Loan Grading and provisioning as per MAS/RBI guidelines, whichever is more stringent.
• Monitoring of Early Warning Signal (EWS) and analysis of the alerts received with specific views and the impact on the credit quality of the loan.
• Follow up with the borrower/ Agent for regularisation of irregular loans as well as stressed assets for early resolution.
• Make unit visits as per terms of sanction.
• Follow up for compliance of other terms and conditions as per terms of sanction/Facility Agreement and perfection of security.
• Verification/Authorization financial payment messages and non-financial messages through Finacle.
• Follow-up on roll over notices, interest advice to borrowers and other lenders/participating branches
• Correspondence with borrowers/agents through email or phone calls for their confirmation on payment due or on clarification of various issues relating to different clauses of facility agreement, interest periods, compliance certificate etc.
• Preparation of regulatory returns (MAS, RBI) at stipulated intervals.
• Preparation of various returns and internal reports (including adhoc and miscellaneous reports for top management)
• Attending to Internal and External Audits and ensure rectification of deficiencies pointed out.
• Follow-up for submission of periodic financials and compliance certificates.
• Attending to credit related queries from regulators.
• Work closely with Senior Management to provide views and recommendations on market trends and conditions.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent preferably in the field of Banking and finance
• Banking experience of a minimum of 5 years in related field.
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Sound knowledge of banking systems/processes/procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities – Retail Manager

Sales Floor Operation, Staff Management and Customer Service

1. Manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth and profit targets. Keep up-to-date on store information and product knowledge to sell and promote merchandise and services of the company employing a consistently high level of service.

2. Stationed on sales floor during store operation hours to lead and motivate sales staff and promoters to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently and to achieve sales, profit and stock targets; ensure that staff and promoters adhere to company policies, rules and regulations. • Manage project and change processes to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business objectives.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT systems to support daily operations, with a preference for candidates familiar with industry best practices.
• Review, optimize, and continuously improve business and IT processes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and Cybersecurity is an advantage.
• At least two years of relevant experience in technical domains and the industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively convey and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated and proactive in approach.

You will work within the  JAPAC GTM Shared Services Business Office team.  In this role, you will help develop, refine, manage and execute GTM initiatives.  You will collaborate with teams across APJ, from individual contributors to senior leaders, and will play an important role in our ongoing growth.

In addition to leading and supporting initiatives, you will help problem-solve - proposing solutions that help us stay the course.

Your Impact

• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations

• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives using data-driven insights to optimise future strategies

• Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value

• Project Management: Work closely with the GTM Strategy and wider Business Office team to ensure our initiatives are executed at scale

• Problem solve: Turn challenges into opportunities through problem solving

• Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables (GSlide, GSheet, PPT, Word, etc.) for executive level consumption

• Drive change across the organisation and be willing to wear multiple hats (initiative development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to “move the needle”

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to adjust growth initiatives and stay ahead in the market.
