Category Management (Sourcing)

· Regional focal point for global category strategies and lead new sourcing projects in new business field – Electric Vehicles (EVs) for New Energies business, Retail network, Packaging and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience engaging and recruiting technical talent in ASEAN
• Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques
• Solid experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn
• Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective marketing campaigns to select talent communities
• Ability to thrive in a team-based, dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire and persuade people with a consultative approach
