Role & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, deployment, and enhancement of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
• Lead and mentor development teams and platform administrators involved in SPM-related projects.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and seamless integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications and enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and governance protocols for portfolio management solutions.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges associated with the SPM module, engaging support teams as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in portfolio management technologies and apply relevant innovations to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Solid understanding of portfolio management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform customization, configuration, and optimization.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow applications with other enterprise platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management (CIS-ITBM) or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) certification is a plus.
