Job description:

• To create and update SAP user guides. The SAP documentation needs to reflect the company’s latest upgrade to SAP RISE and S/4 HANA. The candidate will get exposed to these industry leading software while updating our work procedures.
• To help maintain the SAP Knowledge repository. This is likely a Sharepoint site, where the documentation should be organized in an orderly manner, for our SAP users to self-service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computing or Engineering

Job Purpose

Support the implementation of a variety of digitalization initiatives under Digital Customers Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance and user experience meet quality standards.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
• Execute test cases and document test results for analysis
• Identify and report software defects, track issues and work with the development for the fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Provide input and feedback on application usability and user interface design
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies

Job Requirements
