Treasury Support

• Handle daily cash management (including bank a/c balance, FOREX (spot, forwards and swap), money market borrowing, fund transfer using Swift Alliance and deal inputs)
• Management of mass payment
• Support subsidiaries in monthly closing and RTC closing
• Conduct subsidiary treasury process check to ensure compliance of company policies (SOD, Double payment, minimization of local payment, vendor registration process, etc.) and to review workflow and procedure
• Payment & Collection process improvement (check-warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing and virtual account)
• Manage cash pooling structure
• Investigate bank reconciliation lapse and system issue
• Check monthly mark-to-market entries and amounts of treasury product
• Familiar with Quantum GTR (Global TReasury System) developed by Sungard

AR Management

• KPI Management on Overdue & Bad A/R Management
• Support to resolve and improve A/R Management issues in subsidiaries

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

Business Development & Proposal Support:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CA) are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, with a strong understanding of finance operations, process redesign, and technology implementation.
• Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects, including the implementation of financial systems.
• Expertise in finance processes such as financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as experience with shared services and process reengineering.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Manage a team of Relationship Manager(s) and/ or Customer Service Manager(s) if required and as deemed fit by the management
• Prepare data, MIS, presentations as required by the management
• Any other relevant task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Job requirements:

• Strong understanding and acumen of corporate banking business with 4+ years of relevant banking experience in relationship management.
• Understanding of Indian banking landscape, regulations and macroenvironment.
• Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals.
