Key Dimensions
Works within the Asia Revenue team primarily to provide billing transaction processing services to all Asian offices and Middle East offices (Including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok, Seoul, Jakarta, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia).

Key responsibilities and challenges

• Process billing requests, draft and final bills.
• Liaise with fee earners and matter managers to process matter management instructions such as time and costs transfer, write-offs and matter closing.
• Responsible for initiating finance WIP management actions such as rates setting, cap fees warning, fee statements and chasing outstanding time sheets for billing purpose, etc.

• Process debtors’ management instructions such as - aged debtor listing to matter managers and write off instructions.
• Liaise or coordinate with fee earners on client’s money treatment. Remain compliant with SRA accounting rules. Follow up on outstanding clients’ money with fee earners and local finance.
• Collection management, interaction with WSSC team such as - checking receipt posting in SAP, collection report, and answering queries for any unidentified incoming fund or unknown receipt. Sending email notifications to matter partners, matter managers and secretaries for client’s settlement.
• Act as single point of contact of all Matter Management processes/ queries for allocated practice groups.
• Allens alliance, ensure invoices are recorded to the matter in the appropriate manner and fee sharing calculation.
• To liaise with London PI when having system issue, new tool implementation, best practice, etc.

Job Purpose

Support the implementation of a variety of digitalization initiatives under Digital Customers Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance and user experience meet quality standards.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
• Execute test cases and document test results for analysis
• Identify and report software defects, track issues and work with the development for the fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Provide input and feedback on application usability and user interface design
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar areas
• Added advantage for individual who has experience in mobile application or web application for customers.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends.
• Strong understanding of application testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Excellent problem investigation skills and attention to details
• Good communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members
• Worked with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in application testing or quality assurance roles
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Junior Tech Recruiter (2 year contract).

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle across multiple functions and locations in Singapore - from sourcing, initial candidate assessment to interview to offer management
• Candidate Management to ensure a meaningful and positive experience for applicants, ensuring the Employer Value Proposition and Branding is effectively communicated
• Build strong relationships with business units and with other functions in GovTech.
• Dynamic and highly knowledgeable of the latest trends and technological innovations in recruiting techniques
• Contribute ideas and participate in enterprise improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvements in the candidate journey
• Involve in HR Ops, such as background and reference check, preparation of employment contracts and onboarding process
• Maintain and update recruitment records for HR Dashboard

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 1 year of technology recruitment experience, with a proven record of successful placement, preferably in the high-tech industry
• Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to work closely with passive candidates
• Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times eg. high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and process-minded
• Fast learner to navigate the internal processes in a highly governed and controlled environment
• Extensive past use of HRIS (Workday preferable) and applicant tracking systems (Workable preferable)
• Knowledge in Tableau is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

· Review, draft and negotiate sales and purchase contracts for the company’s marketing and trading activities.
