About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Director, NZMP S&EA, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing a specific set of customers within their respective markets, and developing & executing account plans to achieve volume, revenue, and pricing targets. Primary Function of Position

The Commercial Distribution Manager for ASEAN is responsible for establishing, developing and supporting the assigned Distributor. This involves becoming an expert in ISI commercial operations, sales processes, use of surgical robotics and building high-performing teams that establish mutually beneficial distributor relationships. As an International Product Growth Manager for Vietnam, you will ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the market. With your deep understanding of the local product landscape and cultural context, you will identify product gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and drive the execution of growth initiatives for Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Vietnam
• Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Vietnam
• Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Vietnam leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
• Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
• Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
• Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience in the understanding of the Vietnam market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
• Fluency in Vietnamese as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
• Communication and collaboration experiences, with experience working effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Experience with building products tailored to Vietnam
• Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
• Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones

Responsibilities
Perform the business support analyst role for a strategic project of medium complexity and
scale.
· Work closely with IT project team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely & successful
system delivery.
· Document business direction, structure, business processes and requirements.
· Interact internally to determine involvement, requirements, analysis and interfaces with the
users.
· Assist in the collection and consolidation and analyze required information and data.
· Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of processes and
systems.
· Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate these to the business.
· Validate and report production errors to IT for resolution. Work with IT to ensure timely and
successful resolution of production errors.
· Writing, modifying and implementing efficient codes.
· Compilation of monthly report and minutes of meeting.

Work or Professional Experience:

Implementation and maintenance for the infrastructure of mission critical system.
At least 3 years’ experience in infrastructure system design, development and testing as the project basis in a large organization.
At least 1 year experiences of Financial domain in Singapore (required some common knowledge and understanding in Banking domain e.g. Access control, Change management process, Hardening)
Working experience in Japanese company
Functional or Technical Competencies

Strong experience and knowledge of implementation for following software are mandatory:Linux OS
Any Application Server software (e.g. WebLogic Server)
Strong experience and knowledge of Shell scripting.
Basic understanding of Networking(e.g. TCP/IP, Segument, Submnet)
Experience in conducting root-cause analysis and tracing to resolve issues.
Good to have experience and knowledge of Windows base Infrastructure/Middleware:
Oracle DB
HULFT
JP1AJS3 / IWA
Windows OS
SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Service,
Active Directory
