The Research Officer (RO) will be part of a strategic project to monitor the implementation and evaluate a new care model in SingHealth Community Hospitals.

The RO will be responsible for performing data collection, coding, analysis and accurate interpretation of results for the project, including conducting interviews with patients. The RO supports monthly project meetings as secretariat to present project status updates and review key findings with the project team. • Plan and coordinate office projects such as office relocation, company events or technology upgrades
• Follow up closely on ISO documentation and yearly audits
• Spearhead the digitalisation of our internal business processes to achieve work efficiency improvement

Responsibilities:

Nutritional Consulting:

• Assess and monitor the dietary needs of in-house musicians.
• Develop personalized meal plans that support the health and performance of musicians.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy eating habits, tailored to the demands of live performances and touring schedules.

Event Management:

• Collaborate with event coordinators to plan and execute nutrition-related aspects of events, including catering and dietary accommodations.
• Ensure that all nutritional offerings during events meet the specific requirements of the performers and attendees.
• Manage and oversee the procurement of food and beverages, ensuring quality and alignment with nutritional goals.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain records of dietary plans, nutritional consultations, and event logistics.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of nutrition programs and make adjustments as necessary.

Responsibilities :

• Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements
• Prepare and complete documentation as required by relevant stakeholders
• Co-ordinate project processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring to final closing
• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate works according to project plans to ensure projects are carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation
• Co-ordinate defects servicing and maintenance works
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience (interior design/renovations/ project management preferred)
• Recognized qualifications in interior design/architecture/project management or any corporate real estate discipline
• Able to work under pressure and experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
• Positive working attitude, honest, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and a keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the firm

Role and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Organise and provide secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups and associated meetings.
• Work with relevant stakeholders in areas of quality assurance, patient safety, continual improvement, and risk management.
• Plan, develop and implement quality improvement projects.
• Assist with other clinical governance functions such as preparation of reports and analysis.
• Serve as a resource-person and maintain positive relationships with doctors, nurses, allied health and administrative colleagues.
• Support in the licensing of hospital, internal audits, incident management and clinical quality records review programme.
• Undertake any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life / Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare Administration / Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing; or Occupational, Physio or Speech therapy.
• Preferably 3 to 4 years of healthcare experience. Postgraduates with less experience welcomed to apply.
• Experience in healthcare administration, clinical quality (e.g. JCI, LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Plan-Do-Check-Act, or other quality improvement methodologies) and / or risk management will be of added advantage.
• Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Meticulous with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff and diverse stakeholders in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Self-motivated; able to multi-task, work independently, and produce well written reports, papers, minutes, etc.
• Has compassion and a heart for patient safety and ethics.
