This role is instrumental in driving initiatives that promote workforce excellence, employee engagement, and organizational sustainability within Singapore Academy of Law.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a strong rapport with Cluster Heads and Heads of Department as well as with staff within assigned Business Units (BUs) as a reliable HR advisor.
• Collaborate with BUs on their workforce planning and requirements, involving active engagement with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies and processes for filling Division vacancies.
