Documentation and Reporting

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and change orders for full transparency and traceability. Provide regular reports, updates, and technical reviews to Key Account Customer(s) and Akribis leadership, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of project status.Maintain organized and accessible project documentation to support quality audits, compliance, and future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related technical field;
• Master’s degree is preferred.

The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. It involves addressing the client’s needs including preliminary project design and coordinating with technical and account departments on project execution. • Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region

The Bed Management Unit (BMU) coordinates and provides efficient and clinically appropriate ward placement of all patients entering or within the National University Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU.
 Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of
rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to
patients shall be in accordance to patients' needs and choice where possible
 To be able to identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures
 Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed

• Oversee the development and optimization of semiconductor packaging processes specific to Advance Packaging and collaborating with engineers in CMP, WET, ETCH, PHOTO, CVD, Bonding, debonding, Wafer prep, Hybrid bonding, TCB & pre/post encap departments to ensure high yield and quality standards are met.
• Perform process and tool capability assessment. Assess & validate CTQ (critical to quality).
