Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement community engagement strategies across 40 properties

Plan, coordinate, and execute community events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale celebrations

Build and maintain relationships with residents, council members, and key stakeholders

Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for community events

Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure smooth event execution

Track event metrics and gather community feedback

Manage event budgets and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with journalists and/or alone on news content assignments
• Shoot, edit and produce daily news videos
• Use Data Visualisation software and Digital Graphics tools to create tables, and infographics that will accompany news articles
• Search for relevant data and information from various official sources to present with articles published

Job Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Design, Journalism, or any relevant fields
• Effectively bilingual (English/Tamil) to be able to cater to the Tamil Murasu audience
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Ability to plan, set up, light, and prepare audio requirements for shoots
• Solid understanding of shot composition, framing, and storytelling techniques
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Proficiency with data visualisation and interactive web design platforms
• Creative individual, and a self-starter that initiates and executes innovative content
• Inclination towards visual storytelling and crunching large volumes of data into visual charts, graphics and imagery

• Conduct checks and audits to ensure that clinical practices meet statutory requirements set by MOH, as well as to identify strengths and weaknesses, to plan and improve our delivery of care.
• Plan and facilitate various audit parameters and checklists.
• Work with various clinical departments within the clinical cluster to build audit and quality into daily.
• Provide regular feedback to clinical teams based on audit findings.
• Conduct random audits and checks on clinical practice.
• Keep track of audits of all clinical departments.
• Identify areas for improvement through red flags in clinical indicators, audits, and incident Management.
• Oversee and manage the reporting and review of adverse events, medication errors, unplanned admissions, pressure injuries and serious reportable events and mortality including preparation and submission of reports.
• Oversee and manage the PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE SURVEY
• Any other duties assigned by Head of Department

Requirements

• Able to start within short notice
• Degree in Medicine/Nursing/Allied Health or other healthcare related field from a recognised institution is preferred.
• Minimium 3 year's experience in related job scope in healthcare is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good people management skills.

Job Description

The incumbent will act as the Programme Manager for the Master's programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes' rapid expansion. The dedicated person will help to ensure the smooth delivery of the sought-after self-financing programmes and ensure their service standard. By working with the Programme Directors and Dean's Office at the Faculty of Science, he/she will manage the Programmes' end-to-end administration including admission, job placement, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with Programme Director(s) and Dean's Office, to take charge of the overall administration of the Master's programmes throughout the student lifecycle.
• Contribute to the outreach efforts in promoting the degree programmes in Singapore and the region, including organizing programme briefings, managing the programmes' marketing collaterals and other social media content.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director, faculty members and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles to upkeep the programmes' quality.
• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to promote the Programmes' career services, to assist to secure internship/full time job opportunities for students.
• Act as the contact point to cultivate the Programmes' alumni relations and enhance the community cohesion, aligned with Programmes' overall branding strategy.
• Undertake other administrative duties related to the Programmes if needed.

Qualifications/Requirements/Other Info

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Programme management experience, preferably 1+ year of experience as programme coordinator and partnership development in the higher education sector.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Networking and event management skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic planning, and perform duties independently.

- Remuneration is based on a 12-month salary structure, with annual variable bonus which is subject to incumbent’s performance and the University/School’s prevailing remuneration policies.
