Requirement:

• Must have L2 Experience for Project 2
• NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting and Printer support
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
• Solid troubleshooting skills on Windows operating systems

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring middleware instances and taking necessary actions as required.
• Application code deployment to production servers using CICD and manual approaches
• Deployment of application code to S3 buckets through XLDeploy.
• Production deployments for batch jobs and Windows services.
• Basic troubleshooting under supervision for issues reported by application teams.
• Supporting archival applications by liaising with users and the cloud team for L1 support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic certifications in middleware or related technologies are a plus (e.g., Apache Tomcat, IIS).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in middleware management or a related role.
• Familiarity with deploying applications in middleware environments.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
