• Communicate with staffs of Regional Management Company and Tokyo Head Office, and other group companies to establish above items to match with the group's strategy
• Support Managing Director and Japanese Business Department as and when necessary

• Diploma or Degree of equivalent

• Minimum 8 years working experience in General Insurance industry
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and other business units
