Summary:

Under the supervision of General Manager, the Operations Manager oversees pest management operations. He is expected to manage multiple sites or projects concurrently as assigned. He is responsible for the overall planning, deployment and management of resources of the assigned projects. He is to ensure that a ll project deliverables and customers’ expectations are met and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan. Pest Management Operations

• Collaborate with the teams in the management of contracts/projects.
• Attend client briefings/meetings to establish expectations, KPIs, service level agreements and related work processes.
• Conduct detailed site assessments to determine actual scope of work onsite and associated risks and challenges.
• Plan the requirements for manpower, materials, tools and equipment as well as supervision for the site.
• Establish action plans to enhance the effectiveness of pest management operations.
• Plan work schedules of teams to ensure pest management work is carried out effectively.

Executive Pest Management Services

• Communicate roles & responsibilities and performance expectations to Supervisors in charge of the site/project.
• Review site operations to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
• Undertake site visits to resolve onsite challenges that may impact scope of work or achievement of service deliverables.
• Submission of Monthly reports before the due date.

Manage safety of Pest Management Services

• Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
• Assess the risks associated with pest management work on site and establish safety procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Manage teams and incidents

• Manage capability development of staff. Analyze and manage incidents and emergencies at work site. Manage and report work-related incident and emergency investigations.

Others

• Participate in tender interviews, customer’s meetings and/or marketing presentations to potential clients to showcase technical capability and experience.
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing product portfolio

• Develop and implement pricing, distribution and promotion strategy.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial and quality performance of the product portfolio and
• initiate improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate changes of existing products with sales, engineering and customers.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and develop adequate strategies and tactics for local counter measures.
• Provide yearly budgetary input for existing products (Capex) and new product introductions (Capex and paper sales)

Develop and introduce new products

• Research Ranpak and competitor performance, customer and reseller needs, trends etc.
• Identify market trends, needs and segments and prepare / present business cases as input for
• roadmap and NPI prioritization
• Manage NPI process and coordinate alpha and beta testing.
• Prepare, launch and roll out products with all collateral material competitive and training and promotion.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a variety of projects. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and ensure all project requirements and objectives are clearly defined
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate project teams and assign tasks to team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are on schedule and within budget
• Identify and manage project risks, making necessary adjustments to mitigate potential issues

Requirement

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or construction setting
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
• Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
• Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
