WHAT YOU’LL DO

Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire GI processing cycle, from application submission to policy issuance and claims management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Streamline workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the operations team.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including insurers, agents, financial consultants, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of operational issues and stakeholder inquiries.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on operational performance and stakeholder feedback

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of GI operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce processing time and enhance customer experience.

Risk and Compliance Management

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on GI processing.

Our client is looking for an individual to provide support for the administration and management of grants, including tasks such as planning, organising documentation, and submitting grant applicatins for various initiatives. Collaboration with the project teams, finance shared services, and other departments within the organisation will be essential. The role also entails ensuring compliance with grant program requirements and maintaining accuracy in the preparation and submission of claims.

Additional duties include managing billing functions and addressing billing-related inquiries from funding agencies and project teams, among other responsibilities.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and verify grant administration processes to ensure compliance in accordance with the statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations
• Prepare and submit grant utilisation statement to the respective funding agencies
• Monitor and report progress of grants to ensure timely claims submission and reimbursement from the funding agencies

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, with minimum of 3 years of working experience

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager will manage our Influencer strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content. You will be responsible for the development and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels.

You will also build-up and manage our growing Influencer team, optimizing and scaling our existing programs, work closely with our in-house Creative team to drive impact across all social channels, and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking are as below:
