Role Responsibilities:

This role requires a dynamic, well-organized and analytical financial officer to drive and manage all aspects of the finance function, including corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax and structuring, corporate secretarial duties, management and regulatory reporting, managing all other relevant external stakeholder relations, including banks, regulators and the government.

The Waste Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the plant, including equipment management, worker scheduling, and overall plant maintenance. This role requires a strong focus on operational performance, safety standards, and continuous improvement in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the waste management plant, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee plant equipment maintenance, including scheduling regular inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Develop and manage worker schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and proper training for all operational tasks.
• Ensure the plant facilities are well-maintained, including overseeing cleanliness, infrastructure maintenance, and the resolution of any facility issues.

Requirements:
