Job Responsibilities:

• Service Enterprise/Govt accounts, obtains orders and develop new market and established new Enterprise Customers.

A Mechanical Construction Manager in the Bio-Pharma industry oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems in pharmaceutical facilities. This role demands a deep understanding of the industry's regulatory standards and specialized systems.

Roles:

Project Leadership:

• Manage all mechanical construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure mechanical systems comply with bio-pharma industry standards such as GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide guidance on specialized systems such as HVAC, cleanrooms, utility systems, and process piping.

Resource Management:

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed schedules and workflows for mechanical construction activities.

2. Supervision and Execution:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

REQUIREMENT

• Excellent verbal / written communication and technical presentation skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
