About VICA

VICA (Virtual Intelligent Chat Assistant) is a government-developed platform powering chatbots across various Singaporean agencies. It leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning to provide citizens with convenient access to information and services.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and refine machine learning models to improve chatbot performance in tasks such as intent classification, dialogue management, and sentiment analysis.

· Experiment with different models and algorithms to achieve optimal results.

· Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into the VICA platform.

· Conduct in-depth analysis of VICA interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

· Utilize statistical techniques and visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure chatbot effectiveness and track progress.

Qualifications:
