· Develop and refine machine learning models to improve chatbot performance in tasks such as intent classification, dialogue management, and sentiment analysis.

Periodic Review Analyst is responsible for ensuring KYC (know your client) reviews are in line with regulatory standards.

Work includes:

• Reviewing existing clients along the following lines:

o Name screening

o Review of corporate structures and performance of beneficial ownership drilldown

o Assessment of money laundering, fraud, reputational risk and sanctions risk factors
