· Establish a customer call frequency appropriate to the level for each account

· Identify and support field sales efforts through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up

· Provide pricing, market and technical input for tender processes

· Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of Sebia and competition products

· Develops the relationship with the KOLs

· Performs sales presentations, lead evaluations/demonstrations with customers and distributor teams

· Participates in symposiums, workshops and exhibitions

About the role:

• Liaise with client's representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
• Deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
• Provide leadership and direction on all project operations and activities such as the design, plan, schedule, scope and budget
• Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading / Additional & Alteration (A&A) works in accordance to the client’s expectation within the timeline and budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specification.
• Able to chair project kick-off meetings, progress meeting and all other project related meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties.
• Able to prepare tender document including the estimated price value and specification write up.
• Preparation & Monitoring of project progress claim, variation, and final accounts daily/weekly for all parties.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that required work is satisfactorily performed and completed by certified consultants.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned

About You:

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
• Experience in Greenmark Project/ACMV will be advantageous.

The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be reporting to Head of Franchise Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to ensure that franchise employees are properly trained on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
• Implement the franchise operating manual and update wherever required and provides guidance in all operational and training areas.
• Lead preparation and host Franchise functional meetings.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive growth and implement action plans.
• Prepare reporting on outlet audits and market opportunity.
• To be trained and stationed across various departments for training including Operations, Training and Franchise Department.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in F&B /Luxury Goods/ Hotel industry will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated
• Strong organizational, analytical skills and follow-up
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Positive and accurate representation of the brand at all times
• Adaptable and flexible
• Good team player
• Willing to travel to our franchises overseas when required
