Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent
• Has minimum 10 years of HR experience or related
• Prior experience in construction industries is an added advantage
• Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Candidate will participate in the following tasks:

· Lead in business proposals

· Assist in the writing of business proposal submissions

· Review of tender contractual requirements

· Provide advise on legal and contractual matters

· Maintain and develop relations with clients, sub-consultants and business partners

Requirements:

· A recognized degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying

· Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

· Those with legal and contractural background will have added advantage

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

· Proficient in MS Office applications and PowerPoint Presentations

· Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Possess excellent people skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-driven and motivated Supply Chain IT Product Manager in shaping technology led innovation and collaborative excellence within our supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in driving efficiencies by leveraging cutting edge technologies coupled with world class product management. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and management of digital products and technologies within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives. The stiff-neck competition and unique operating environment makes this role a highly challenging and fulfilling one.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall supply chain goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product initiatives.

Roadmap Planning and Execution:

• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with key stakeholders, including supply chain operations, IT, and executive leadership, to gather insights, feedback, thus identifying strategic opportunities in alignment with our business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance collaboration and drive successful product outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Provide guidance on technical aspects, ensuring alignment with supply chain requirements and IT best practices.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the implementation of digital products, including Supply Chain Management Software TMS, WMS and other relevant technologies
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Including the ability to prioritise key product features in the roadmap, based on business impact and value, especially with the minimum viable product iterative development mindset.
• Conduct regular assessments of product performance, track KPIs, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of Product delivery model Business requirement documents, scenario planning, unit testing, UAT design and release management.

Education and Training

• Adoption of successful product implementation with internal training and education, deployment planning, sustain and support on ongoing basis.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product development and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior knowledge and minimum 8 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on supply chain and IT solutions.
• Candidates from solutions providers, e-commerce and/or consulting environments can be considered.
• Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes, technology trends and industry best practices.
• Experience in product management with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment to ensure a sustainable solution.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving successful product outcomes, from concept to implementation.
• Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions (such as logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, accounting/ finance)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders from different hierarchy levels with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Logical thinker and problem solver with analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as DevOps, blockchain, IoT, and AI in the context of supply chain management.
• Technical abilities Good understanding on Analytical tools (SQL, Python), Product management tools (Jira, Confluence and Atlas), Design and ideation (Canvas, Figma) and DevOps tools like Bitbucket/ GitHub
