• Update and maintain the injury record system on a daily basis and query out new injury claims from our database
• Manage our agents from our shared service centre that are one channel in which injuries are being reported and adjust SOPs if necessary
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward all stakeholders at all times
• Responding promptly to Platform Workers' inquiries
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Come up with initiatives to improve the process along the way as it is completely new / shape the injury process claim landscape in coordination with other stakeholders involved
• Communicate closely with other teams (e.g. call centre, dispatching, HR and finance team)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Oversees project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring and cost forecasting
• Reviews the project revenue update and project cash flow
• Oversees Change Order Management and Claims with clients, vendors and subcontractors
• Ensures timely commercial and cost reporting
• Reviews and evaluates vendors and subcontractors CBEs
• Coordinates with respective stakeholders for payment milestone requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as project control manager
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
