The role also involves managing tax audits, resolving disputes, liaising with tax advisors and authorities, and staying updated on legislative changes to address tax risks and opportunities proactively.

The incumbent will undertake any or all of the following and has authority for:

Transfer Pricing

• Develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies and strategies
• Conduct thorough transfer pricing analyses/study to support intercompany transactions
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports
• Monitor legislative changes in transfer pricing, BEPS and recommending/implementing strategies to ensure continuous compliance
• Advise on transfer pricing adjustments to optimize tax efficiencies of the Group
• Review and analyze transfer pricing agreements and contracts for compliance and effectiveness
• Address and resolve any transfer pricing disputes and develop effective negotiation strategies
• Perform risk assessments related to transfer pricing and propose mitigation strategies
• Organize and track relevant intercompany agreements, including working with finance and legal team
• Keep abreast of international transfer pricing trends and best practices to enhance company policies

Tax Planning

• Advise on tax strategy/opportunities/savings for the Group and provide recommendations/guidance on ways to reduce tax liabilities/exposure
• Advise the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies arising from new tax laws
• Support strategic tax planning for new business initiatives
• Work closely with tax professionals, if any, on tax planning strategies

Other Duties

• Supervise and oversee matters relating to any tax related audit & tax litigation, if any
• Liaising with tax professionals, tax advisor and tax authorities as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities

Candidates with the following prior experience are preferred:

• Worked in Big 4 or MNC
• Singapore and regional tax exposure
• Good Knowledge of local tax regulations in Singapore, Saudi, Malaysia & Indonesia

As a Sr. Regional Partner Manager, you will help support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners.

The Sr. Regional Partner Manager is aligned to a focused regional territory to lead Co-sell/Co-delivery and "Sourced" NNACV. You will produce new business in logo accounts, and ensuring our partners help provide successful projects within your territory or region (ASEAN + North Asia which is Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau). You will work with Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and the Customer Outcome teams to grow the pipeline.

You will be empowered to develop a joint go-to-market Territory plan featuring ServiceNow enabled service and workflow offerings. Strategies will feature "Sourced and Partner Impacted" NNACV, showcase wins and capacity metrics, and reflect regional Marketing plans and engagement with other ServiceNow sales solutions teams. Success will be measured by achievement of sales quotas for allocated accounts or territory on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables and joint events).
• Ensure the Partner strategy is following Value Selling (i.e., Value Prompter) and Now Value principles.
