The Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE2) was established by A*STAR in 2022 to support Singapore's sustainability goals, including the Singapore Green Plan and Zero Waste Masterplan, through strong international partnerships with industry, public agencies, and academia. You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. • Lead the development of the Brand’s 24 month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation, to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits.
• Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
• Work with cross-functional teams, channel, distributor, and/or agency partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at a leading FMCG company.

MUST HAVE:

• Business accountability on sales, market share, marketing spends.
• Proven experience in global/ regional brand strategy, business strategy, and integrated marketing.
• Experience across different Asian markets is a must.
• Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with media/ creative agencies.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns In-Market via local business unit and/or through distributor
• Self-starter, resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, take risks, and react quickly in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively across teams.
