• Ensuring smooth delivery of IT network (LAN,WAN, SD WAN) services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met
• Managing external vendors for smooth delivery of Infrastructure services, ensuring external SLA has been met
• Ensure infrastructure changes, authorization request and bug fixes are applied by vendors as per business requirements without disruption of service, in compliance with defined IT policies and procedure
• Designing network Blueprint and roadmaps.
• Managing the IT Network team across the region, this include assigning and reviewing of work

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in network (LAN,WAN, Cisco devices and etc). Proven track record in managing a team is required for this role.

Proven track record of working in end user on a regional role will be of added advantage.

Exposure to cloud - Azure or AWS will be highly preferred.

You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to compliance regulation, advising stakeholders on applicable compliance issues, and promoting a compliance considerate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Work with the business to identify and manage regulatory risk
• Handle incident reporting.
• Assess risk.
• Draft and implement compliance policies, standards and procedure.
• Develop, implement, and execute compliance testing, continuous assurance, and reporting of compliance testing reviews.
• Manage regulatory requests, prepare responses and inform the senior management of significant compliance matters.
• Manage monthly compliance reporting to Senior Management and Board.

Requirements

• 7 years of compliance experience (banking, payments, insurance or consulting)
• Salary Range: ~$84,000 - $96,000
