As the Manager, Co-Brand - South Korea, you will be responsible for activating the product and marketing strategy to support Hilton’s co-brand credit card portfolio in Asia. You will develop product and marketing tactics designed to drive awareness and consideration of the credit card portfolio, acquire new cardholders, as well as build loyalty and engagement among the existing cardholder base.

This position is a new role based in Singapore.

What will I be doing?

As the Manager, Co-Brand - South Korea, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage the relationship with the partner on a day-to-day basis ensuring we are meeting performance targets and contractual obligations
• Identify and prioritize cardholder card acquisition activities and offers, including business opportunity sizing, anticipated return on investment, and resource scoping
• Closely work with the co-brand partner to identify and prioritize cardholder engagement activities and offers to drive engagement and retention
• Utilize data and findings to identify high-value prospects to build tailored marketing plans and creative for key audience segments
• Lead the creative development for campaigns, including development of creative briefs, management of agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand
• Source and manage creative agencies to ensure best-in-class creative development and performance
• Partner with media team to strategize, plan and execute paid media campaigns to drive acquisition
• Partner with owned channels team to strategize, plan and execute initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to website, landing pages, social channels and others
• Manage translation and transcreation of marketing materials
• Manage the on-property acquisition channel including training Team Members and developing incentives as well as partner with HGV locally to drive acquisition
• Further deepen the partnership by working on additional spend stimulation programs and campaigns outside of co-brand to drive awareness and revenue to hotels
• Stay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performance optimization and propose program and marketing initiatives to address those

Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager – Offshore Substation

Job description

Your responsibilities as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager

Ramboll is part of an EPC project, where we are working as engineering contractor for the EPC contractor located in Singapore. The Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager will act as a representative for the engineering contractor during execution at their fabrication yard in the north of Singapore, during the fabrication of an offshore substation topside.

In your role as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager, your focus will be to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the LV & MV Electrical systems and electrical control systems portion of the mechanical systems adheres to the technical requirements and the design already developed by the engineering contractor. As such, it will be your responsibility to follow up on progress, site queries non-conformance, SAT and commissioning activities and facilitate minor adjustment as needed and daily technical clarifications. In doing so, you shall collaborate closely with representatives from the EPC contractor, the engineering contractor (your back office), Suppliers and other disciplines and representatives from the client as required.

• Relocate to the fabrication yard and provide reliable information to the project manager regarding significant technical issues, particularly risks.
• Shall be integrated into the EPC engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the fabrication yard representatives, the engineering design office, client’s home office and other discipline representatives at the fabrication yard.
• Where required, liaise and coordinate Electrical tasks with Suppliers, EPC Contractor and other disciplines.
• Trouble shooting / solution finding during fabrication.
• Propose a solution, including supporting documentation, to any design issues, flaws, or gaps in the contract requirements. These shall be agreed upon with Company before implementation.
• Coordinate electrical engineering tasks as needed during execution.
• Review costs for change orders, and progress claims when required.
• Follow up on progress and evaluate / oversee quality from the EPC contractor.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions to ensure the best solution and in the client’s best interest.

You and your competencies

You must have a result-oriented, proactive and systematic approach to your work. You enjoy working both independently and together with co-workers, from both the engineering team and the EPC team thus experience in both design and installation/commissioning is preferred. You will engage with multiple stakeholders during the execution, thus teamwork is essential to achieve results.

Your competencies:

• Have a diploma or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Have extensive experience in electrical offshore engineering – preferably with offshore substation design and installation/commissioning – with a minimum of 10 years of experience combined with managing of complex engineering tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of offshore OSS design standards and codes is preferred (e.g., DNV-ST-0145)
• Have experience with typical OSS interfaces from design phase to procurement, vendors, shop preparations, materials, installation, layout, safety, cable routing, equipment tagging, numbering & marking, testing, and quality.
• Be familiar with standard OSS component vendors.
• Be familiar with the discipline interfaces and integration to other disciplines and systems.

Technology Risk is a specialised field within technology consulting that focuses on identifying, assessing, and advising on risks mitigation associated with an organisation's technology landscape. In today's highly digitised world, businesses heavily rely on technology to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver seamless customer experiences. With the prevalent use of technology comes a corresponding rise in risks, such as cyber threats, data breaches, system failures, regulatory non-compliance, and operational disruptions.

As part of the Technology Risk practice, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced consultants and engage with our clients from different sectors, advising them on technology risk challenges and the implementation of robust risk management strategies. This role offers extensive learning and development opportunities, exposure to diverse projects across geographical locations, as well as emerging technologies.

What you will do:

As a Technology Risk Manager, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities with a focus on mitigating technology-related risks:

• Participate in the planning and execution of technology risk engagements. Close out engagements by producing high quality documentation and reports.
• Support the assessment of technology risks and evaluate the design and operation of controls related to complex IT environments and systems against KPMG’s frameworks, regulatory and third-party frameworks.
• Assist in the development of risk-based IT internal audit programmes.
• Use advanced tools and technology to increase productivity and effectiveness of our review and advice to clients.
• Identify and communicate value-adding recommendations on technology risk and control management issues, as well as performance improvement opportunities for clients.
• Attend meetings with all levels of client stakeholders to define problem statements, analyse key priorities/issues and collaborate with team members to conduct workshops, develop responses to client enquiries and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist the management team with business development activities, including formulating KPMG’s offerings and propositions, proposals, presentations and publications.
• Involvement in end-to-end technology risk engagements; working alongside team members from various functions to overlay point-of-views (POVs) and industry insights via research and analysis; formulate solutions and recommendations to address clients’ needs, challenges and risks.
• Collaborate across global and advisory teams in technology consulting, cyber security, internal audit and deals advisory to deliver holistic solutions and multiple POVs to clients.

Who you are:

• Possess recognised tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accountancy/Commerce/Business, or related disciplines.
• First-hand experience of 7 to 8 years in IT audit/ assurance, or IT advisory; experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous: IT Risk and Compliance, IT Governance, IT Internal Controls, IT Audit.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of information security, IT management, system development lifecycle, and ability to learn emerging methodologies, technologies and new skills quickly.
• Self-motivated individual with inquisitive, innovative and resourceful mindset, able to work under pressure with changing priorities.
• Strong client, stakeholder and team management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
