We are looking for highly motivated IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and financial crime detection systems. Responsible for ensuring that all technology projects related to AML and CFT are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT systems related to financial compliance, risk management, or AML/CFT;
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and frameworks, including FATF, OFAC, and local regulatory bodies;
• Proven experience in managing large, complex IT projects in a financial institution or similar regulated environment;
• Experience with AML/CFT systems and technologies, including transaction monitoring software, sanctions screening, and customer due diligence platforms;
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA and others);
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AML/CFT;
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects focusing on AML/CFT compliance within the organization;
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring proper documentation and communication at every stage;
• Manage the integration of AML/CFT software solutions (e.g., transaction monitoring systems, screening tools) with existing banking or financial institution system;
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and are capable of detecting suspicious activities effectively;
• Act as the primary point of contact between the technical teams and the business units;
• Oversee data migration, testing, and troubleshooting for AML/CFT-related projects;
• Identify potential project risks related to AML/CFT system design, implementation, and maintenance;

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure effective feedback loops with end-users;

The Role

• Manage the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for payroll
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly or payroll cycles as per company schedules, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local (Form IR8A) and foreign employees (Form IR21)

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. Junior candidates with demonstrably strong skills and relevant experience in design management may be considered.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining deadlines.

• Keen understanding of design constructability, able to identify potential constructability issues early in the design process and collaborate with designers to find solutions. Experience working with contractors and understanding how design decisions impact buildability and cost.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations relevant to the industry. Ability to oversee construction activities, identify potential quality issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• PMP certification and/or LEED accreditation highly preferred. Demonstrates commitment to professional development and best practices in project management and sustainability.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. This role ensures that financial data, reporting structures, and compliance requirements are aligned with the organization’s objectives. The senior manager works closely with Corporate, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective integration, minimizing disruptions and maximizing operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General

• Understand and communicate financial and accounting issues related to Mergers & Acquisitions.

• Research and advise working group on accounting issues related to transactions.

• Manage relationships with external advisors and any due diligence activity

• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Integration of systems, processes, accounting and financial analysis

• Work closely with Jabil stakeholders and acquired Teams to execute detailed integration plans for financial systems, processes, and teams integration. Includes delivering and/or coordinating Training for new site finance teams to integrate into Jabil policies and processes.

• Develop process to ensure monthly closing performed post-close, in accordance with US GAAP and SOX,, working closely with site finance team to delivering quality financials that is compliant with Jabil accounting policies

• Forecast & Analysis: Financial analysis for acquired business (Forecasts, budgets, models analysis), and integrate into Jabil’s budgeting forecasting process

Process Standardization and Optimization:

• Identify and standardize financial processes to ensure consistency with Jabil’s processes/policies post-integration.

• Work with site finance teams to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance

• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to reflect new systems and organizational structures.

Post-Integration Support:

• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.

• Monitor ongoing integration success and continuously identify areas for improvement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.

· Minimum eight (8) years experience in a relevant position

· Advanced degree and/or CPA qualification is preferred

Registration & Admission

· Perform accurate registration for Emergency Department patients

· Manage billing for patients including payment & deposit collection

· Conduct financial counselling for patients / next-of-kin (NOK) who require admission to the hospital

· Assist patients / NOK / general public on general enquiries over the counter or through telephone

· Any other duties assigned from time to time

Bed Management

· Perform bed reservation for patients who require admission which includes bed search and assignment according to department protocol and policy.

· Monitor and manage the bed waiting time for patients in order to meet the department’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

· Liaise with clinicians and inpatient nursing for bed related matters

· Generate daily report and information for dissemination to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

· GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline

· 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry

The Role

• To ensure current and new property leases including subleasing and concessionaires are managed in a sustainable format and aligned with company budgetary objectives by;
