We are looking for a Regional Logistics Manager who manage and supervise the logistics business in subsidiaries of Southeast Asia and South Asia, and liaise with Japan HQ.

[Responsibilities]
* Analyses current situation, develops and implements logistics strategy across Southeast Asia and South Asia to attain group objectives.
* Strategically plan and manage investments to expand warehouses in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
* Identifies solutions for process improvement in the warehouses to increase revenue, profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Provide timely and proffesional support for new business and new warehouse set-ups.
* Educate logistics managers of subsidiaries of Southeast Asia and South Asia on management of warehouse.
* Conduct Warehouse Audit regularly in warehouses of subsidiaries.
* Joining regular web meeting with Japan headquarter.

[Requirements]
* 10+ years experience and advanced knowledge of Freight Fowarder and Logistics business
* Outstanding problem solving and team management skills
* Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions

* Deep knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
* Able to work under pressure in time-critical situation
* Fluent Japanese language (at least JLPT N1 level) is required to liaise with Japan headquarter about strategy and direction of Area in charge

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.
• Generating and creating reports required for period closing, including GST/VAT reports,trial balance, GL listings and AP/AR reports.

• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.

• Assist to prepare tender documents including project plan, construction, construction schedule plan and quality assurance measurement based on technical standard.

• Prepare detailed bill of quantities, and carry out accurate accounting of various quantities to ensure that the quotation conforms to the design drawings and specifications

• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards

• Lead a team of workes developing, and address training needs when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience in the construction projects
