Technical Responsibilities

• Ensures all modelling and draughting activities are completed within allocated schedule and budgeted hours. Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

• Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts, and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors.
• Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures, and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies, and components. Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details. May perform computer programming, repair, or software installs
• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.

• Minimum ITE certifications or Diploma in related engineering education background
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing technician role within semiconductor industry
• Familiar with DDP and MDP tools in semiconductor industry

Job Responsibilities

· To structure a system of handling and organizing enquiries that comes into the company and assist the sales people to work on project costings.

· To collect sales personnel’s enquiry and disseminate to suppliers for quotations.

· Source for suppliers’ quotations, price comparisons

· To work with suppliers to negotiate prices and contract terms and draft purchase contracts to suppliers.

· To work with the logistics team to get shipping and logistics pricing.

· To work with the logistic team to monitor the performance of suppliers during the production and supply phase.

· To monitor the trend of product prices and forex rates and report to management.

· To collect historical data of purchases for market research.

· Handle call and email enquiries.

· Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned.

Requirement

· Min. 2 years relevant work experience, Purchasing or Business preferably;

· Proficient in microsoft office and good with numbers.

· Fluent in Chinese and English languages, both written and spoken. Comfortable dealing with people.

· Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns

· Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.

· Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence

This role focuses on reviewing and managing the library’s print collection. The Library Administrator will assist with tracking, scanning, and organising print materials, while coordinating tasks related to content review and physical transfers.

Job Responsibilities:

You will support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer in the development and implementation of clinical information systems and processes to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care. You will also be involved in projects related to the clinical information systems and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• The activities required to be performed shall include the following:
• Test and commissioning of network equipment for production environment.
• Design, configure and review the network configuration with the contractors.
• Perform full Disaster Recovery (DR) swing test on the system and network.
• Configure and manage firewall, routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Design and segregate the voice and data VLANs which integrate to the backend system.
• Configure the network monitoring system to enable it to be monitored with statistical data and provide alerts when the equipment is down;
• Set up and integrate the network from front end devices to communicate to the backend system such as Payment System;

The qualifications required are as follows:

• Recognized degree/diploma or equivalent in Information Technology/Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in system & network administration;

Position Description:

APAC Linux Build team is responsible for installing, deploying and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for various lines of businesses across APAC. The team plays a central role in collaborating with the project management teams, application owners and other infrastructure teams to provide Enterprise compute services.

A Linux build engineer role is responsible to build servers physical and virtual, provide LOB specific customizations including HA Clustering, provide OS level support for DC migrations and collaborate with project managers to implement solutions that meet business requirements. This role exposes candidate to hardcore technical and troubleshooting skills, working with vendors such as Redhat, Dell and HP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure servers as per design documents and complete post build tasks and QA checks.
• Work with project management team, application teams, and other infrastructure teams to deliver server builds and configurations
• Provide OS level support and assist in planning for DC migrations projects - VM Migrations, Physical servers Lift and Shift
• Troubleshooting and configuration of the technical environment. Escalating and liaising with additional internal/external groups when required, resulting in satisfactory resolution
• Create, review, maintain and update documentation

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in RHEL Administration and Configuration
• Strong technical skills and experience in Unix environment: RHEL9 and RHEL8 build, configuration, troubleshooting
• Strong technical skills and experience on Red Hat pacemaker cluster build, configuration, troubleshooting
• Fair understanding on various infrastructure components: Cloud(VMware), Storage(NAS/SAN/EFS), Network(Baronet/DMZ)
• Fair understanding on hardware level: HP, Dell consoles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills to work with project stakeholders
• A good team player

As test engineer, you will:

• Conduct process and machine bring up
• Fine tune and sustain operation in engineering phase
• Analyze test response to conduct post-build follow-up such as FACA (failure analysis and corrective action) on yield loss, process improvement and etc.
• Work closely with external vendor and internal team to deliver testing solution for new optical module in engineering phase (small quantity)

Key Qualifications:

• Education Degree/ Master in Engineering, Physics, Materials or equivalent.
• Expertise in functionality test of devices, preferably on optical modules such as camera, projector, range finder, flash light, proximity sensor
• Experience in tooling-up machine for new devices
• Experience in operating and maintaining test machine
• Experience with developing new process and equipment for new devices

Job Description

• The candidate will be embedded with the enterprise onboarding platform’s corporate trust public relations support team for the purposes of the Incumbency Certificate (IC) / Authorized Signatory Lists (ASL) remediation project, where the candidate will be collecting updated ICs from all clients.
• As part of the IC collection process, the candidate will perform the review of the IC/ASL of clients, ascertain if due diligence is required as per local KYC regulations, and if so, ensure these signatories are entered into the KYC record for screening purposes.
• The candidate is also expected to help provide mitigating factors or additional description based off deal documents if a true screening hit is detected (e.g. PEP hits, negative news etc), and work with the team on the screening hits.
• The candidate must also be confident in performing client outreach to collect documents such as identification and verification documents, if essential, in performing our due diligence on the authorised signatories.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Banking/Accounting/Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• With 3 - 7 years of total work experience in the financial sector, front office KYC and onboarding, or client-facing/project management.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels in the organization.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, be able to work independently and be resourceful when it comes to resolution of various issues.
• Should be flexible to help out with KYC periodic reviews and other miscellaneous tasks beyond just the scope of the IC/ASL remediation project.
• Must be comfortable to read & appreciate the implications of internal bank policies to identify if a particular IC/ASL is relevant to the local KYC regulations, or if due diligence can be avoided for non-customer relationships.
