Scope of Work:

• Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
• Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely
• Provide support for any payroll audit, such as preparation of documents for auditor’s sighting and provide answer(s) to auditor’s queries where required
• Perform payroll related reconciliation, such as bank reconciliation and prepare reclassification where required
• Ensure statutory filing such as CPF submission Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and other filing is carried out on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or relevant
• Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
• Experience in SAP software is added advantage

Job Description:

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
• Achieve Individual sales and Store sales target
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
• Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in store
• Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor set changes
• Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers
• Maintaining and upholding the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints
• Comply with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process follows company SOPs
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times
• Any Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• 6-hours daily with 4-day work week; 24 hours per week (weekdays & weekend, retail shift).
• Basic salary $1600 with commission.
• Only Singaporean & SPR.
• Leave entitlement 7 days per year.
• 1-2 years beauty experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market conventional products to the customers
• Count and balance the cash in teller’s box at the end of the day
• Attend to customer’s enquiries
• Process the daily transactions upon customer’s request
• Bank in cash and cheque in corresponding banks
• File the documents of daily transactions and archive them in a safe and secure place
• Update the record book of related transactions
• Safe keep the safe-key and Teller’s box-key

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
• Possess 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Job Description

ADF

· Need to have at least 2-3 years of ADF experience.

· Should be able to develop ADF pipelines to migrate / transform data.

· Should have experience in doing complex ADF jobs which require transformation of

multiple tables.

· Familiar with ADF terminologies / ADF coding standards.

Synapse

· Familiar with Azure synapse database.

· Experienced in configuring Synapse databases in terms of data distribution / indexing /

processing of records /DWU.

· Understands how Azure Synapse works in terms of ability to process huge tables

concurrently, integration with ADF.

· Familiar with access controls to Synapse database. E.g. using service accounts

Power BI SAAS

· Need to have at least 2-3 years of Power BI experience.

· Know how to use Power BI builder tool / Powe BI Desktop to develop / enhance

paginated reports.

· Able to develop complex dashboards.

· Understand how the Free / Pro / Premium license works, know how the workspaces

access in Power BI SAAS works.

· Familiar with Power BI Gateway / Power BI Gateway set up and configurations

Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month
