C. Bidding Phase / Commercial Proposals

• Analyze and interpret tender documentation.
• Define discipline-specific activities and deliverables, coordinating them in line with the project schedule.
• Identify and submit technical queries, deviations, and alternatives.
• Implement bidding methodologies, design criteria, and guidelines.
• Develop and issue requests for quotations for items not estimated in-house.
• Coordinate material quantity and weight estimation.
• Prepare engineering man-hour and material cost estimates.
• Assist the Proposal Manager during technical clarification meetings with the client.

D. Project Execution

• Ensure assigned goals are met while adhering to project quality and contractual standards. Take corrective action as needed within the team and escalate significant issues to the TM.
• Define activities and deliverables, establish timelines, and coordinate efforts per contractual obligations.
• Monitor and manage project progress and man-hour consumption.
• Prepare technical annexes for subcontracted engineering activities.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and report discipline budget costs to the PM.
• Ensure discipline workflows, interfaces, quality checks, and the approval of all discipline project documents, including vendor submissions.
• Track and report scope of work changes to TM, updating man-hour and cost estimates as needed.
• Provide technical support to procurement and construction teams.
• Assist PM with client technical interactions, as directed by TM.
• Define and issue purchase requisitions.
• Perform technical bid evaluations and follow up with vendors.
• Support the creation of discipline construction inspection plans and manage vendor inspection test plans.

• Assist the construction team in implementing engineering solutions on-site.

F. Home Office Activities (Master)

• Verify man-hour and cost estimates.
• Review and validate key project documents in accordance with internal procedures.
• Assist project teams in resolving non-standard technical challenges.
• Update discipline workflows and technical standards.
• Contribute to the definition of execution plans.
• Track and analyze discipline project KPIs.
