Purpose and Scope

• Establish HSSE and Risk Management system for PMO including but not limited to framework, manual, procedure, checklist, inspection system and procedure, program etc.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Familiar in the engineering and construction project environment of centralized utility facilities, utility power and water, petrochemical industries and utility scale renewable projects.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• At least 5-15 years of experience in HSSE career in energy business related engineering management and project management (engineering and construction) environment.
• Register as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower
• Min 5 years of related HSSE experience
• Good computer skills (Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office on a contract basis. The primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, coordination, and implementation of a Biotech Leadership Program targeted at local biotech C-suites and executive members.
