Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the company
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain staff welfare and benefits programs
• Assess training needs of staff with Heads of Depts and to monitor and execute the staff training plan
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance relating to human resource management

Job Requirements

• Able to start immediately / short notice period
• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources with full spectrum of HR knowledge including Training & Development, Payroll, Recruitment, Com & Ben, MOM / Gov's rules & regulations and or equivalent
• Possess good communication skills; able to work in fast paced environment

· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed

· Overseeing outlet operations and maintaining its operational smoothness

· Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards

· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback

· Recruiting & hiring of restaurant staff

· Responsible for induction training and on the job training of new employees and newly promoted staff

· Responsible for employee's performance and discipline

· Responsible for achieving target sales and profit levels

· Liaise with Central Kitchen and external suppliers for ordering

· Manage stock levels of beverage and other related utensils and cutleries

· Backend duties: Sales report, stock takes, scheduling etc

· Ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to by all staff

of the restaurant

· Help out at other outlets when needed.

· Handle any other duties assigned by Outlet Manager/ Area Manager

· Minimum GCE O-Level or ITE qualifications

· Minimum 3 years managerial experience in F&B or relevant experience

· Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team

· With F&B experience is an asset but not essential

· Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player

· Provide friendly and professional service to customers

· Able to multi-task, adapt to fast paced environment and work under pressure

· Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
