Job Description

Financial Reporting and Reconciliation

• Analyze sales data to determine royalty accruals and projections, ensuring they align with financial objectives.
• Reverse accruals from previous months and input actual figures into financial systems (e.g., Oracle) to maintain data integrity.

Forecasting and Analysis

• Partner with internal teams to develop comprehensive forecasts based on sales and marketing activities.
• Enter forecast details into reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik) and compare with actual results to identify variances and improve forecasting precision.
• Support the enhancement of financial workflows to boost reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Process Optimization

• Monitor adherence to withholding tax (WHT) regulations and other financial compliance requirements.
• Propose and execute process improvements to streamline reporting and forecasting practices.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software programs - Oracle and Tagetik
• Knowledge of withholding tax (WHT) regulations is a plus.
