We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Drafter with experience to contribute to the design and construction of world-class competition facilities. This role will focus on drafting and detailing steel structures, spectator seatings, roof cladding, and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all designs meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings and schematics for pool facilities, including steel structures for clear-span spectator seating with roof cladding.
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs to create accurate and compliant plans.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure the integrity and feasibility of designs.
• Ensure that designs align with project specifications, local building codes, and international safety standards.
• Incorporate adjustments and revisions based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing fabrication drawings for contractors and vendors involved in steel structure and cladding.
• Document material specifications, dimensions, and assembly guidelines in CAD software.
• Coordinate with other departments to align structural drawings with plumbing, electrical, and finishing requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of the drawings to maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting for large-scale construction projects, preferably in sports or aquatic facilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software
• Certification in drafting or design software (e.g., Autodesk Certification).
• Strong understanding of structural steel design, clear-span construction, and cladding systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, international construction standards, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing precise and accurate drawings.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.

• Scope of work to assist Sports Education unit and NSGO as the SE Executive.
