RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Lead QS team in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes from pre-tender to post tender.
• Support tender cost assessment and tender documents submission in compliance with Tender Instruction and the Specification / Requirement.
• Monitor tender and/or contract deliverables, timelines and obligations, ensuring adherence throughout the tender / project lifecycle.
• To assist Project Director and Head of Contract Division to review and finalize project costs, prepare project financial reports and contractual update to Senior Management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in contract administration for Civil Work / Infrastructure projects.

· Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying fields or equivalent

· Amount of experience: At least 12 years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects in managing commercial settlement / agreements. Good networking across construction industry and experience in both tender and post tender.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and define automotive electronics product vision, goals and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

• Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, especially in products such as display, infotainment, domain controller, internet of vehicles, ADAS and/or autonomous driving.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centred design principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret date and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback mechanisms.

Monitor centre services by external operator.

Strategies, Create, Plan and organize the curriculum and programmes for the centre.

Manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of staff.

Manage the day to day performance of the Centre Operations to deliver a best in class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.

Set the strategy for the development of the centres, staying abreast of new practices and technologies, ensuring that we gain and maintain recognition for the quality of customer service.

Lead, inspire and co-ordinate the contact centre management team at all levels to create motivated and engaged colleagues.

Be responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and associated customer experience, supporting cross company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.
