Role Overview:

You will work closely with company directors and the client servicing team to build project implementation proposals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a passion for meeting new customers and building strong relationships at all levels.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Achieve a realistic monthly target of leads via meetings, calls and emails
• Set, track, and follow up with potential leads
• Develop scalable sales strategies and optimize pricing models
• Manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying leads to sealing deals and onboarding
• Recommend and implement improvements in the sales administration process

Job Requirement:

• Conduct site inspections, coordinate with customers, and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure secure and professional equipment relocation.
• Ensure third-party vendors meet customer requirements before service execution.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for verification, calibration, maintenance, and repair services.
• Provide metrology services using in-house SOPs, ensuring tools are timely calibrated and maintained.
• Respond to ad-hoc service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Recommend appropriate inventory types and quantities to minimize equipment downtime and support budget planning.
• Ensure sufficient stock of consumables and chemicals under the Inventory Management (IM) program.

Qualifications and Criteria:
