Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Industrial Machinery industry. They are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Regional Finance Manager:

• Ovesee company's accounting and implement strategic Finance department's strategy
• Notify the company’s operational team of unusual accounting fluctuations
• Monitor/Review the company’s account reconciliations
• Monitor the company’s annual audit process
• Handle company matters related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and taxation
• Evaluate and submit the necessary GST returns on a quarterly basis
• Establish/review internal controls in the Finance team, implementing new controls if required
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications/certifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant MNC working experience, with regional exposure
• Prior Taxation and Treasury experience is highly prefered

Together with the Division Manager, develop and set up a global Sales strategy to reach objectives in terms of turnover growth and profitability, on a short, middle and long term perspective, on specific geographical zone.

- Develop turnovers and profitability, manage operating accounts of the geographical Zone

- Ensure brand development as well as their market share and image, using designed and suitable business and marketing plans

- Develop strong professional relationships with key accounts, be their privileged business partner (annual negotiations of margin, space, stores visibility, market share, animation plans, category management projects...)

- Recruit, lead and develop teams on the field (Regional Coaching Managers, Regional Trainers, and Beauty Advisors) based upon pre-determined priorities and objectives

- Gather, analyze and coordinate information and tools available (ex. local markets panels, media plans, passengers traffic...etc) to become an expert on the geographical zone

- Become a key actor in the TR Business Unit between the different departments: Marketing (ex: animations policies), Management (ex: prices, P&L), Logistics (ex: MAD products), Customer Service (ex: orders), Design (ex: projects in stores) and Training

- Ensure regular and relevant reportings

- Ensure a physical presence on the field close to the teams (internal and retailers)

• Performs functions associated with MP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts. components and final materals.
• Uses
• sophisticated programs (such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems, etc.) to collect and evaluate operating data, which can be used to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or moddy the manufacturing process

The Role:

• Conduct internal stakeholders training for the rollout of new Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on the requirements related to the design of marketing collaterals.
• Define parameters for conduct of market research to identify industry and market trends for the development of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) event strategies.
• Develop Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) event strategies in alignment with insights from market research and organisational analysis.
• Develop overall Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) event mix and strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies in adherence to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) event strategies.
• Develop proposals to incorporate creative methods to deliver content and enhance user experience.
• Enforce corporate governance measures.
• Evaluate how the latest technology trends can be leveraged to promote innovation in product and customer experience.
