Job Summary:

As an R&D cum Product Management Engineer, your role is to drive the research and development efforts of new products and technologies while also managing the product lifecycle and ensuring its successful market introduction. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative products that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

· Engage with operations team to ensure smooth transition from R&D to production and resolve any production-related issues.

4. Project Management:

· Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Communicate project updates and status to management.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate documentation of product development processes, technical specifications, and project milestones.

· Prepare and present reports, including product performance metrics, market analysis, and competitive assessments.

Responsibilities:

- Help the financial sector in the region to implement mission-critical solutions with state-of-the-art technology.

- Manage key and mission-critical projects in the FinTech realm for the regional banking and financial institutions, ensure projects are completed on schedule while with satisfactory quality and within budget.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of working experience in project management, preferably in the banking and financial sector, less experienced candidates can be considered as project coordinators.

- Excellent consulting and communication skills, ability to articulate, drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders and reach conclusions and action items efficiently.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies, such as API, Big Data, Cloud Computing.
