Requirements:

• Experience in Sales and IT industry

• Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is good to have) \ Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems

Recruitment and Staffing:

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) are often preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• To support the Manager for administrative procedures and documentations necessary for site operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / NITEC in office skills

Planning and scheduling of project activities

• Manage the project team and resources with the objective of ensuring the timely completion of projects

• Liaise and co-ordinate with the client, subcontractor and stakeholders to ensure work progress smoothly on site

• Churn out all project plans & reports (Pre-con report, logistics plan, work progress report, MOM, OMM etc)
