Purpose and Scope

The Mechanical BIM Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
• Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
• Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities
• Assist on BIM execution plan
• Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools
• Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software
• Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software
• Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in REVIT or BIM
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.

Able to lead project for Method validation/verification/transfer to introduce new/remediated QC methods for testing existing and new products independently

• Subject matter expert in method validation, verification and transfer; covering wide arrays of methods and complex techniques

• Author of Method validation/verification/transfer Protocols, Reports, Reports, ensuring GMP compliance in ICH Q2(R1), USP <1225>, USP <1226>, EU GMP Chapter 6, and WHO Annex

• Ensure timely release of methods to support commercial production, manufacturing investigations and product investigations

• Ensure RFT in the method introduction process

• Maintain validated status of assays by establishing a control and monitoring strategy to ensure that the method is in the state of control, and the data generated from the method is reliable

【 Responsibilities 】

• Handle administrative and human resource management responsibilities within the company.
• Oversee staff management and participate in management meetings and decision-making processes.
• Source for contractors, vendors, and suppliers for administrative purposes.
