Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Receive cases, analyse the background and follow up actions required
• Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and feedback needed for case closure or submission. Ensure that responses adhere to SOPs.
• Conduct investigation on process gaps to determine root cause and perform rectifications. Liaise with business process owners, ground users and system technical teams to improve process gaps.
• Support, conduct audit and track submission of reports.
• Provide clear and concise advice and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Management / Customer Service Management / Customer Service Experience or related fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service roles is an added advantage
• Meticulous with keen attention to details, highly disciplined, service-oriented and good team player

Responsibilities:

• Support the mobility team in transfers/ assignments end to end process
• Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments
• Create and maintain the current process guides for various mobility types
• Work with employees to support them on documentations required during their transfers/ assignments lifecycle
• Develop expertise on the mobility knowledge so as to support questions posted by employees or relevant stakeholders for the mobility arrangements
• Partner with relevant vendors in all stages of execution
• Participate in any ongoing global mobility projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills and the ability to cooperate efficiently with stakeholders
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in mobility or HR Operations
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across the APAC region, ensuring compliance in global mobility practices.
• Ability to maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders (cross team or cross functions)
• IT savvy and open to using new IT tools for day to day operations

Responsibilities:

• Provide costing Support to Principal Accountant in MFG areas related to purchased part cost set up, Work order support and inventory related activities including some liaison with the other manufacturing functions.

Requirements:

• Preferably some awareness or knowledge on Manufacturing Costing, Sourcing Operations
• Experience in Oracle, Hyperion and proficiency in managing Excel Spreadsheets will be an added advantage
• An independent team player with an inquisitive mind and works under minimal supervision
• Understanding with SOX and US GAAP experience

Job Opportunity: 6-Month Contract Pharmacy Technician (Barcode Pharmacy)

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days per week, with alternate Saturdays
• Primarily backend pharmacy work with minimal patient interaction

Salary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Repackaging & Barcoding:Operate Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medications into barcoded unit doses.
   Perform Quality Control checks on repackaged drugs to ensure compliance with safety and accuracy standards.
   
2. Equipment & Workplace Maintenance:Oversee proper functioning of pharmacy equipment and automation systems.
   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
   
3. Inventory Management:Manage inventory within the Barcode Pharmacy and Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs).
   Handle tasks such as ordering, drug distribution, expiry tracking, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
   Plan and allocate bins in ADCs to ensure safe and efficient storage.
   
4. Safety & Audits:Conduct Drug Storage Audit Checks in patient care areas and report findings.
   Ensure safety and compliance during repackaging processes and storage management.
   
5. Automation System Optimization:Create or modify drug bins in ADCs to improve space utilization and operational efficiency.

Purpose

To liaise with fee earners, matter managers, secretaries and local finance team to process billing and matters management instructions

Key Dimensions
Works within the Asia Revenue team primarily to provide billing transaction processing services to all Asian offices and Middle East offices (Including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok, Seoul, Jakarta, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia).

Key responsibilities and challenges

• Process billing requests, draft and final bills.
• Liaise with fee earners and matter managers to process matter management instructions such as time and costs transfer, write-offs and matter closing.
• Responsible for initiating finance WIP management actions such as rates setting, cap fees warning, fee statements and chasing outstanding time sheets for billing purpose, etc.
• Compliance such as - ASR is applied to clients per clients’ fee deal, CSI is provided before billings, expense policy, etc. WIP and debt write off policy
• Liaise with London ebilling team for client’s ebilling rule and submission. To submit invoice when billing to e-invoicing clients.
• Process debtors’ management instructions such as - aged debtor listing to matter managers and write off instructions.
• Liaise or coordinate with fee earners on client’s money treatment. Remain compliant with SRA accounting rules. Follow up on outstanding clients’ money with fee earners and local finance.
• Collection management, interaction with WSSC team such as - checking receipt posting in SAP, collection report, and answering queries for any unidentified incoming fund or unknown receipt. Sending email notifications to matter partners, matter managers and secretaries for client’s settlement.
• Act as single point of contact of all Matter Management processes/ queries for allocated practice groups.
• Allens alliance, ensure invoices are recorded to the matter in the appropriate manner and fee sharing calculation.
• To liaise with London PI when having system issue, new tool implementation, best practice, etc.
• Ad hoc projects.

Characteristics, Skills & Experience required:

• Diploma in Accounting or related major.
• Minimum one year working experience within a corporate environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Assistant Funeral Director (1 year contract renewable yearly)

• Working Day: 5-6-5-6 days including weekend and PH
• Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, need to standby duty at home from 5pm-8am (around 2 times a week)
