• Proven experience (min 5 years PQE) as a legal counsel in business environment
• Experience in B2B in certain business model
• Strong personality

• Experience using CLM appreciated

• Responsible for the design, installation & configuration, testing and other customer support in IT system implementation projects, mainly with Microsoft Windows and Linux environment to the specifications of client’s requirements
• Understanding the customers’ system architecture and design
• Perform on-site and remote support for OS / middleware / network troubleshooting
• Perform regular maintenance to maintain the infrastructure including mission critical systems
• Manage project documentations (e.g. architecture design, parameter design, test spec plan/result, operation procedure manual etc) for new IT system implementation & its change.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Responsibilities:

Process Documentation and Management Expertise:

• At least 3 years of experience in SOP documentation and management, preferably in an HR environment
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Visio
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Process Improvement and Analysis Skills:

• Skilled in business process reviews and re-engineering
• Ability to lead SOP reviews and propose improvements
• Experience in using tools, techniques, and methodologies to streamline HR processes

Collaborative Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional team discussions and integrating feedback
