Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Momentum Tracking:
   • Monitor and track daily financial results.
   • Prepare sales and channel dashboards, incentive reports, and client campaign reports.
   • Perform ad hoc data extraction as needed.
2. Content and Information Maintenance:
   • Update investment performance and market monitor reports.
   • Provide training support for front-office colleagues.
   • Maintain and update internal and external websites.
3. Business Support:
   • Manage bond and equity availability lists and blotters.
   • Reconcile trail income and raise billing claims with external parties.
   • Assist in organizing client events to promote investment solutions.
   • Conduct competitor analysis and ulfill other data-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance or any related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent data analysis capabilities and ability to automate tasks for process efficiency.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and contribute to diverse product solutions.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset.

• You will be part of the operations and technical services team.
• 5 days work week (Monday - Friday), office hours.

Job Requirements:

• Coordinate with Operations Managers (OMs) and the Contract Building Manager (CBM) to review and address outstanding issues.
• Arrange meetings, training and follow-up on any outstanding matters with OMs and vendors
• Maintain a comprehensive log of pending issues and track progress on resolutions. Ensure timely follow-up to confirm issues are resolved.
• Assist in engaging with tenants as needed to ensure participation and compliance with program.
• Assist in tracking of all data submitted to ensure accuracy for program performance evaluation.
• Develop detailed energy supply requirements, focusing on both renewable and conventional sources, aligned with sustainability and cost objectives.
• Initiate the tender and manage bidder communications.
• Preparation of documentation for contract sign off.
• Track and report EV charger consumption, utilization rates, and potential earnings derived from energy price differentials, providing insights for optimizing usage and revenue.
• Prepare documentation for agreement renewal of the electric vehicle (EV) chargers.
• Verification on the accuracy of information entered into the Learning Management System (LMS) by site teams for auditing purposes.
• Assist in consolidating relevant data and information for technical assessment.
• Collection and compilation of waste and recyclables data.
• Support in coordination works with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced with administrative duties.
• Experience with tender bidding process will be an added advantage.
